We're making bold money moves today, ladies

Women over 40 are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the U.S. Many of us are launching second-act careers, building businesses, and taking charge of our futures after layoffs, caregiving, age bias, or life pivots

She’s Got Drive was created to change that—this year’s theme: Making Bold Money Moves.

Just the facts, ma'am

Woman over 40 speaking on panel at SecondActWomen event.

Because we’re ‘relaunching ourselves,’ the fact is we’re a powerful commodity on the U.S. economy. But…

  • 60-63% of women-owned businesses are self-funded through personal savings and other personal resources
  • 40% of U.S. women 40+ are unprepared for retirement.
  • Fewer than 1 in 5 feel confident about long-term finances.
  • When was the last time you set your budget or goals to be financially free?

Most of us are doing it without enough support, tools, or money literacy. That’s why we’re making bold money moves—together, sister and everyone’s invited, regardless of age.

We have lots in store for you at She's Got Drive

We’ve plotted and planned a special fall event where your money meets midlife, without the shame, jargon, or pressure to already “have it all figured out.” This SecondActWomen summit is curated with eight peer presenter workshops, general sessions, a fireside convo, and a power panel to help you:

  • Learn even smarter money moves (even if you’re starting late or all over again)
  • Rewire your money habits after life shifts
  • Build profitable businesses that actually pay you back
  • Understand car buying, leasing, and servicing without being talked down to
  • Explore AI tools that save time, increase income, and reduce stress
  • Connect with over 50 other bold women navigating their own money stories

Plus, you’ll receive a special gift from Mercedes-Benz of Denver, and a portion of ticket sales will benefit Colorado’s Sense of Securitywhich provides financial support for those undergoing breast cancer treatment.

And we’re doing it at Mercedes-Benz of Denver, because our environment should match our ambition.,

Join us and enjoy a Sunday to yourself

She’s Got Drive isn’t about getting rich quick. It’s about getting clear, getting smart, and making bold money moves—together. Don’t miss your chance to reset your financial future in style.

We’re asking attendees to read this book ahead of the summit because it sets the stage for everything She’s Got Drive is about. Rodgers’ message is clear: women deserve to earn more, build real wealth, and claim economic power without apology.

Her insights challenge old money myths and open the door for us to walk into this event ready to think bigger, talk openly about money, and take bold action together.
