Salary: Compensation could include salary, bonus, commission and fee revenue. Estimated Year 1 could be 45,000 with significant upside potential

Responsibilities as an Associate Advisor will include but are not limited to:

Client Acquisition:

• Assisting with online marketing and business development strategies

As needed assist with client operations & daily office support

• Co-coordination of client review meetings and appointments, including some pre- and post-meeting work.
• Work with client and advisor to complete paperwork needed to open and maintain accounts, purchase insurance, and assist with client-related requests and account service inquiries.
• Filing, scanning, copying, shredding, and other office duties as needed

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office

Additional Skills Preferred, but not Required

• Previous experience in CRM database management (i.e. Act, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Redtail, Infusionsoft, Hubspot, etc.).
• Creative and marketing design experience and skills a plus but not required
• Insurance licenses and sales experience a plus.  (Life, Disability, and LTC)

Other Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience in the financial services industry.
• Must pass basic background and credit check. You will also be required to be fingerprinted per financial regulatory requirements.

This special hybrid role could include salary, commission and benefits including: Paid time off for holidays and 10 additional days of paid time off that can be used as vacation or sick time, flexibility in schedule to accommodate life and family needs as well as some access to work remotely from home as agreed upon with supervising advisor and office manager.  Health insurance, long term disability insurance, a retirement plan, and professional training & mentorship is also included.
